  • Health Coach appointments with your Nurse Practitioner for accountability are FREE once a month for MEMBERS.

  • Learn to track health information like a daily food log, exercise log, resting metabolic rate, muscle vs fat percentage, BMI, and other measurements.

  • Learn to live and eat healthy for a healthy metabolism.

  • We follow the L.E.A.N Method: Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, & Nutrition
